Second project meeting

On 08.01.2021 the project's second meeting was held. All coordinators and their professional associates were present at the meeting.

Dr. Ahmet Evren Erginal initially gave a brief explanation of the current finances and redistribution of funds in the future. All partners were given a deadline to hand over the timesheets for the working days of the first intellectual output.

Furthermore, Dr. Muzaffer Özdemir and his team presented several exercises done in the software and explained how the software works to all partners. The experts from the Universities made some suggestions related to the background and the outlook of the avatar.

Also, each team explained the exercises they had been responsible for, from the last meeting. The team from North Macedonia presented the Laterality exercises, the team from Bulgaria presented the exercises for the Gestural space and the team from Turkey explained the selected exercises for Body parts recognition. After the presentations, all experts proceeded to the analysis of the selected exercises where several suggestions were added and changes were made. In the end, all team members unanimously decided which exercises will be implemented in the software for these three categories.

At the end of the meeting, the project Coordinator distributed the other categories of exercises and at the request of all partners, it was decided that until 29.01.2021 all selected exercises will be sent to the other experts. Every partner group of experts will review the exercises of others and present all the suggestions at the next meeting.

In the meantime, the Piritechnology team has started implementing the first three categories of exercises in the software;  Laterality exercises,  Gestural space exercises and Body parts recognition exercises.

 

The next meeting is scheduled for 05.02.2021.
