On 19.12.2020- Saturday on Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University platform, a meeting was held with the three partner countries of the project. The meeting was attended by Assoc. Prof. Muzaffer Özdemir with part of his team, Yahya Aydin from Piritechnology from Turkey, who clarified the technical needs for the implementation of the software. The team from Cyril and Methodius University- Northern Macedonia Prof. Dr. Olivera Rasic Canevska as coordinator and her team of professionals consisting of Prof. Dr. Natasha Chichevska Jovanova and Prof. Dr. Aleksandra Karovska Ristovska, as well as the team from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski- Bulgaria, Prof Dr. Neli Vasileva as coordinator and Prof Dr. Elena Kirilova Boyadzieva Deleva and Prof. Dr. Denitsa Anneva Krasteva were also present. At the meeting, the project coordinator Assist Prof. Nergis Ramo Akgün presented all the activities that need to be completed in the next period as well as the duties of all teams separately. Prof. Dr. Ahmet Evren Erginal explained in detail the budget plan for next year as well as the finances allocated for each activity separately. Also, the teams made a plan for the realization of the first intellectual output in the next period. The coordinators and their members made a decision to postpone the first kick off meeting due to the current situation caused by Covid 19, until May 2021.
