The coordinator of the proposed project, she Graduated, Mastered and finished her Doctorate at the Special Education and Rehabilitation Institute at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in The Republic of North Macedonia. Her field of expertise is Intellectual Disabilities and Autism. She has published many articles regarding the subjects: Curricula for Students with Special Educational needs in Macedonia and Turkey, Individual Education Plans for children with disabilities in Turkey, Function of thought in the formation of concept for number in children with mental disability, Analysis of the Special Preschool and Primary Education System for Children with Intellectual Disability in Republic of Macedonia and Republic of Turkey, Sensitive Communication with Children with Moderate Intellectual Disability trough the Emotional-Expressive Principles of the ICDP Program, Preschool Inclusive Education Systems in some EU countries, Macedonia and Turkey and many others. She has made researches for children with disabilities, mostly for children with Autism. She has also attended many conferences, symposiums, and workshops in Turkey, Serbia, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and won a research scholarship from the Ministry of Education and Science in Skopje, R. Macedonia. She has been a co-author of the book ‘Education of children with disabilities in dormitories’ published in 2009. She is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of special education and rehabilitation. Dr. Nergis Ramo Akgün took part in two EU projects: Early Intervention and Special Education and Rehabilitation held in Germany and Netherland, and the Deinstituticionalization Project for children with a severe intellectual disability held in Macedonia. She is currently working at the Special Education Department in the Faculty of Education at the Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University in Turkey.

Professor Salih Zeki GENÇ is an expert in the field of Educational Sciences at the Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. He published more than 50 articles and books on issues of globalization and education, democracy, human rights and education, multiculturalism, history of science, social foundations of science and values education in Turkey, Germany and Italy. Professor Genç recently focuses on human rights and democracy education on young people, adults and especially prospective teachers. In this project, he will prepare core and thematic training modules and questionnaires to be applied to the target groups. He is having the responsibility of the assessment of evaluation and analysis of survey results.
Prof. Dr.  Ahmet Evren Erginal

He is a physical geographer specializing in geological and geomorphological evolution of coastal environments and is currently working in Faculty of Education at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, Turkey. He has nearly 200 scientific publications in the aforementioned issues and serves as reviewer and editor in leading international journals. Dr. Erginal has experience in project writing and management and completed an Erasmus + project in 2017 within the scope of strategic partnership. In the proposed project, he will be the Log-frame Matrix operator in the project and will take an active role at various work packages, such as planning of project activities, preparation of payment plans before activities, preparation of operational plans, preparation of surveys for trainings, implementation of surveys, statistical analysis of results, budget planning, web page design and updating, coordination between partners and assisting coordinator in transnational meetings. will take an active role.
